I’m Josh, a founding partner of Beyond Law.
Personal injury is stressful. So is litigation. You need a lawyer who will take care to minimize your stress, not add to it.
We are located in downtown Toronto and conveniently located near public transportation and public parking lots. Our office is accessible. If clients are unable to come to our office because they are in hospital, or for any other reason, then we will go to them.
We use video conferencing, document sharing, and electronic document signing programs that allow us to efficiently service clients all over Ontario. We communicate with our clients by a variety of means including video calls, phone, email, and text and make a point of using communication methods that work best for our clients.
We have experience handling many different types of personal injury claims including claims arising from motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, professional negligence, recreational accidents, school accidents, long-term care home negligence, slip/trip and falls, fatal accidents and faulty products, as well as insurance disputes including long-term disability, critical illness, and life insurance.
